What is the Backbridge?

Easy-To-Use

THE BACKBRIDGE

The Backbrige allows you to gradually increase your back flexibility by adding levels of the arch. No matter what level you are using when lying on the support tool extend both of your hands above your head allowing a back stretch and chest opening to undo the day of hunching. You can also place your hands behind your head, across your chest or alongside your body. Start with 30 seconds a day and gradually increase to two minutes a day. When your time is complete, roll to your side and slowly come up to a sitting position.

REVIEWS & BACKBRIDGE IN THE NEWS

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tonya Vince-LaFevre: My Backbridge has made life better!

Began making the Backbridge a part of my daily regime last July. 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night. That's it. I felt results within that first week. Better posture for sure. Better breathing as well. I feel like I glide thru work (I'm a waiter). It has made me feel so great that I just purchased another to gift to my 74 year old dad. It's an easy "YES!"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lucy: Posture Improved

Dr. Sinett's BackBridge has helped improve my posture and open my shoulders. I work at a computer most of the day and notice my posture collapse throughout the day and feel my shoulders hunched forward. With just two minutes in the morning at night, the BackBridge has helped me open up and improve my posture. In just a short time, I have already been able to increase to the next level. I feel the relief in my back and feel my posture getting stronger.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Susannah: Whoever designed this is a genius! Thank You!

This product is a life saver. I had wrecked my back from being hunched over a computer at work. I had got to the point my back was so bad I couldn’t even bend over to put my socks on and I was feeling like an old lady!. My pain is now down to virtually none and honestly on days I start to feel pain its because I have slacked off using my bridge. This is my second back bridge. My friend visited from England and took my first one as she got so much relief for her back also. I even now travel with the first two layers and find it helps relieve any pain after travel. I can’t recommend this product enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ J. Labarbera: I love my backbridge!

I work at a desk job and use a computer all day so I feel it's important to find ways of stretching to compensate for that time spent at a desk/computer. Since receiving my Backbridge I use it in the morning and at night for 2 minutes and it helps tremendously in terms of stretching my back out and opening up my chest which is also a nice benefit. I've used it on the floor and in my bed so it's easy to transport. It has also come in handy after driving. On a recent day trip where I spent a total of 6 hours driving in a car, I used the Backbridge when I got home and it was super helpful. I am able to store the Backbridge under my bed but honestly I use it so much I have not needed to store it way. The grey color is nice - it blends in with my apartment's neutral coloring so I don't mind leaving it out. It's easy to adjust from one level to the next - I started on level 2 but now am up to level 3 and that is comfortable. If I'm tight I'll go back to level 2 so it's easy to adjust based on how you are feeling. So far it's a great addition to my routine and it gives results that you can feel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ K. Keeley: You'll feel better!

I work at a computer much of the day and also read a lot, and I end up hunched over and stiff. The BackBridge makes such a difference for me, and it take so little time each day. My spine becomes less compressed, my posture improves, and I breathe better. My whole body is happier when I use this device. I should add that the time you spend lying on the BackBridge is also good for meditation, or just relaxing. I occasionally switch to a lower level when I’m feeling stiff, then add more levels when my body is ready for them. I also sometimes attach the BackBridge to the back of my office chair (the BackBridge comes with a strap), and it feels great to lean against.  For those concerned about the price, as others have written, you’ll recoup the cost of the BackBridge quickly because you’ll save on doctor’s bills, including fewer trips to the chiropractor!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Erin: Way more than just a stretch

I've been using the BackBridge for more than a year and it's an amazing addition to my care and fitness routine. Sometimes, it's a super stretch and refreshing. Other times, it's like giving myself a mini adjustment in between chiropractic visits. And as hard as this is to believe, I grew almost 1/4"! Even the days I'm on a 2 or 3 versus the super 5 layers, it's a few minutes of concentrated rest. The BackBridge book also provides an array of stretches to really get the most out of your experience. Enjoy it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anonymous

Several years ago, I started experiencing sharp pains in my neck and lower back that got worse over time. Some days it was difficult to walk or even move my head. I saw a couple of doctors and they gave me a list of stretches to do and told me to take ibuprofen. I thought I was going to live with the pain forever.

I was given a Backbridge to try and was very skeptical, to say the least. However, I stuck with the regimen (2 times a day for 2 minutes at a time) and my back pain was greatly reduced within 6 weeks. After a few months, it was almost as if I never had a problem. It has even helped my sciatica.

I started on the first level and made it to the last level in about 7 months. I still use it, but only once a day, and sometimes I even skip days. But if I go a week or two without it, the pain starts to creep back. (I still have to be careful about what movements I make because I can still easily wrench my back, but I have no trouble running or turning my head anymore.)

There are very few things I fully endorse, but I believe in this product so much that I bought one each for my mom, brother, and sister this last Christmas. It's crazy that more people don't know about it. If you have back pain but don't want to spend the money on this thing, put it on your Christmas or birthday list. Seriously.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easy to use for back pain relief

The Backbridge was simple to use and provided a gentle, supported stretch for my whole back. Using it twice a day has relieved my pain and tightness. The adjustable levels make it possible for me to get more or less stretch, depending on how I am feeling. I've also used Backbridge in my yin yoga class as substitute for yoga blocks. A great all around tool.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So worth it

I received the Backbridge a few weeks ago and it's made such a difference for me! I have lower back pain because my job requires a lot of sitting. Since using it every morning for 2-3 minutes before I go to work, I have been pain free. I also use the Backbridge with the strap that comes with it for my work chair. It has supported my back and improved my posture while working. This was a GOOD BUY!
