How Backbridge Works
“Sitting is the new smoking.” –Dr. Todd Sinett
Back Pain Epidemic
Back Pain & Poor Posture
One of the leading causes of back pain is poor posture and alignment. People are sitting for hours hunched over our computers, smart phones (“tech neck”); sitting for hours on long commutes, or just having trouble resisting gravity as they age.
Sitting exerts 30% more pressure on your spine than standing. It is estimated that 54% of Americans with lower back pain spend the majority of their day sitting at a desk.
Sustainable Back Health With Progressive Extension
Treatment approaches like gyms, physical therapy, and chiropractors provide temporary relief, and an at-home back stretcher can help. Progressive Extension with Backbridge is the answer to eliminating back pain, better posture, and sustaining a healthy back.

Progressive Extension to Customize The Level of Stretch
Whether suffering from upper, middle, or lower back pain, you are able to target the area of pain and stretch and release pain through the 5 stackable levels.
Start at a level that is easy and comfortable for you and then progress through the different levels continually adding more stretch and extension to your body.
You’ll find that through progressive extension, you will realign the spine, perfect your posture, and eliminate pain.
The Backbridge extension is one of several stretches you can do. You lie back so that the highest point of the Backbridge is between your shoulder blades and your head touches the floor. Rest your arms behind your head and hold this stretch for 2 minutes. After a few weeks, slowly progress to the next level (2-5).
5 Support Levels
LEVEL 1 (2 inches)
For people who are new to the Backbridge and just starting to introduce extension to their spines. Once you are comfortable on a particular level and are able to use it for 2 minutes, 2 times per day comfortably, you move to the next level.
LEVEL 2 (3.25 inches)
For individuals who have been using the Backbridge and are comfortable on Level 1, and feel ready to increase their stretch.
LEVEL 3 (4.5 inches)
For individuals who have been using the Backbridge and are comfortable on Level 2, and feel ready to increase their stretch.
LEVEL 4 (5.75 inches)
For individuals who have been using the Backbridge and are comfortable on Level 3, 2 minutes, 2 times per day comfortably, and feel they can take their stretch to the next level.
LEVEL 5 (7 inches)
Level 5 is for people with excellent flexibility in the spine and is designed for someone who can comfortably use level 4 for 2 minutes, 2 times per day and who desire an even greater stretch and extension in their spine.
