THE BACKBRIDGE

The Backbrige allows you to gradually increase your back flexibility by adding levels of the arch. No matter what level you are using when lying on the support tool extend both of your hands above your head allowing a back stretch and chest opening to undo the day of hunching. You can also place your hands behind your head, across your chest or alongside your body. Start with 30 seconds a day and gradually increase to two minutes a day. When your time is complete, roll to your side and slowly come up to a sitting position.

Dr. Sinett gets patients back into balance by treating individuals on three different levels: structural, digestive and emotional.  Through his unique, three-tiered approach and his revolutionary Backbridge, Dr. Sinett is helping back pain sufferers address the underlying source of their pain and live healthier, happier lives.

A native of Merrick, New York, Dr. Sinett received his undergraduate degree from American University and graduated with honors from the New York Chiropractic College. He is an active member of the New York Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and the International College of Applied Kinesiology. He received his certification in Meridian Therapy (Acupressure) from the New York Chiropractic College and is a Certified Fitness Trainer.

Easy-to-Follow Steps: 

  • For first-time users, Dr. Sinett recommends starting with level 1 at a height of 2 inches.
  • Start with one of the most common back stretches, the Backbridge extension, in which the highest point of the Backbridge is between your shoulder blades and your head touches the floor.  
  • Rest your arms behind your head and hold this stretch for 2 minutes. 
  • Once you can comfortably use the Backbridge for 2 minutes, 2 times per day, progress to the next level by adding another layer and increasing the height of the Backbridge to 1.25 inches.
